Having seen Vintage Sofa Co. on a Facebook advert we loved what we were seeing, so much so we travelled the 97 miles to have a look (ok so the lure of the Vocation Brewery pub in Hebden Bridge sold the trip to me) and… WOW! From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by Ella, who introduced herself and the business to us, before offering us tea and coffee, which came with a piece of rocky road each as well!! The showroom, if you can call it that, is an absolute delight, a treasure trove of furniture, furnishings, fixtures & fittings. Everything just oozes quality. Ella was always on hand but never ‘there’ of that makes sense. She’d find us and check we were ok, but there was never any ‘sell’, and seeing other staff with other customers, that was the ethos throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone there, including the young man hoovering around and offering more tea/coffee (and rocky road)! In the end we walked out having placed an order because we wanted to, not because we were sold anything! An absolute dream of a business, with really friendly staff and great products! If you’ve seen the pictures, go and visit! You won’t regret it! We’d give them 6 stars if we could!

Excellent support when buying an ex-demo sofa. The sofa is in great condition and the customer support (George) was second to none, going out of their way to provide additional details I was after. Ordered the sofa Wednesday night and it was delivered by friendly and efficient drivers early Friday morning.

2nd visit to the mill and was met today by the lovely Ella .. waiting now for the lovely “Bugsby” to arrive .. fabulous place, could possibly spend all day in there if my purse would allow !!

Our only regret is that we didn’t find the vintage sofa company sooner. George provided simple excellent service massively attentive full of ideas but in no way overpowering.

Well where do I start. From the get go, Natalie was incredibly helpful. I bought an amazing ex display, 3 seater, velvet sofa at 40% off, She did her best to help me match up the colour, or find a good contrasting colour, for a single armchair as the Blush Pink I bought is discontinued. Then I got my delivery way sooner than expected, 3 days after ordering, much to my joy! The delivery guys were very friendly, good humoured and helpful ...and smelled nice too. LOL :) All in all I had a very positive experience and would 100% reccomend! 10/10

We arrived at the showroom which definitely has the wow factor and were met by George who explained the layout ect and brought us a coffee whilst we browsed. No high pressure sale just someone on hand to answer any queries, which we had a few of and to get us a full quote together. Would certainly recommend as the service was top notch. We have purchased several times from the Vintage Sofa Company (VSC). Our most recent purchase was two Tetrad Beeston chairs. The build quality of the chairs is first class, we are delighted with our purchase. VSC kept us informed at all stages of the delivery and production which was expectantly lengthy. The delivery carried out by ASB Delivery Services Limited of Leeds was also first class. The driver and his mate unpacked, positioned and set up the chairs. They were very polite and could not do enough to help. VSC and ASB are strongly recommended.

The quality and the price of my new sofa's are just perfect! The attention to detail, the beauty vibrant materials, the wooden feet!! Everything is of quality. Im truly happy with them both i just wish I had a bigger home and more money as all of my items would come from this amazingly run family business. Thank you for making this Norfolk gal very happy.
