Fabulous experience today whilst sofa shopping, all the team were lovely, very chilled, no pressure but gave us lots of information and support. I have been looking at Vintage Sofa Co. sofas online for well over a year. I couldn’t resist any longer so drove for 6hrs from the Kent coast to go see what they looked like in real life and all I can say is wow. I had an idea of what I wanted and walked out with the opposite. I had been dealing with Katy over WhatsApps and phone calls, in-store I had the pleasure of Ella who had the patience of a saint as I ran from one sofa to the next, trying to decide what to order. I really look forward to the delivery. Was my 12hr round trip worth it. Absolutely it was!

What a fantastic company to deal with! My purchase was online as I am in London, the sofa I saw was exactly what I had been looking for but I had questions regarding size, comfort, colour etc. I called and spoke to Katy who then video called me to show me the sofa and fabric samples as if I were in the store. We had a chat about the style of my house and whether it was the right shape, colour etc. After a couple of issues with the delivery company regarding the delivery date, which was swiftly sorted by Katy, the sofa arrived within a week of ordering and I fell in love with it straight away! So happy, Katy’s level of customer service was second to none and I have subsequently purchased another item on their website. My now favourite place to go to for complementing my home with some fabulous statement pieces. Thank you!

Just took delivery off Oskar 3 seater in zebra gold and Selfridges wing back also in zebra gold along with 2 sheepskin rugs , just ordered 2 more , fantastic customer service along with great quality sofas etc , hopefully pop into showroom next time I visit hebden bride

So I finally got to go to see these beautiful sofas in real life today ….. All I can say is if you have seen anything that you think looks great on the Vintage sofa website I can assure you…. You will NOT be disappointed. My lovely assistant Ella was so good at explaining all of the beautiful ranges and wow they have a lot, Ella gave me time on my own to browse but the moment I needed her support she was there ( unlike most of the high street salespeople) Ella just let me try all of the ranges but was there with honest feedback to tailor my needs. It was an easy decision to order my sofa with Vintage Sofa the only disappointment is that I don’t live in a mansion to take them all ….. I would 💯 recommend Vintage sofa to all of my family and friends I just have to now wait for my bespoke sofa and chair to be made 💯👍👏

Haven't got our sofa yet, just wanted to review the superb service, choice and general ambience of the Jowler Mill showroom, coffee and cake an added bonus. Will be sure to review again when we receive our sofa.

Absolutely the best sofa company around! The staff are all helpful especially Ella, she was very knowledgeable about all the sofas. Not at all pushy and she makes the best cup of coffee. If you considering buy a new sofa go here first and ask for Ella- you won’t be disappointed.

our house is packed full of your furniture love it all if you want stand out from the crowd this place is a must I go regular with my family ..I'd rather pick up so can have a day out with my family and we always end up buying something else !! haha ..all the staff are amazing and friendly always have time for you ..coffee and cake is a plus also 😋 defiantly recommend get up there ppl great place great day out you'll love it ! kieron & nikki

We have visited the fabulous vintage sofa company twice in the last few weeks and placed our order today, so obviously not received our furniture but the customer service and experience of choosing and ordering our sofa has exceeded our expectations. It’s a beautiful showroom to look round at your leisure, the staff are friendly, hospitable (tea and rocky road!), no pressure but present and helpful. My husband and I were made to feel very welcome when we visited the impressive showroom. After being treated to a nice hot drink and some delicious chocolate bites, we found the sofa we wanted and the ordering process was smooth and informative. Special thanks to Steve who was great in the showroom and very helpful outside when we were a bit stuck in the icy conditions. Highly recommend the trip out to the store and we can’t wait for our lovely new sofa to arrive.

Love this shop.We have visited a few times over the last few years. Always a warm welcome with coffee and cake! Steve was fantastic, friendly and helped us with all the information we needed to make our decision. Even supplying more cake when I couldn’t make my mind up! Highly recommend.

Kate & her staff were fantastic. We were welcomed into the showroom and showed around & offered refreshments on arrival. The showroom is beautiful with many items / accessories that can be purchased and taken away the same day. Would highly recommend a visit.

We had a lovely day at Vintage Sofas. It is such a great shop, with so many beautiful things. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and it so nice too have tea and cake before we started shopping.
