We have purchased several times from the Vintage Sofa Company (VSC). Our most recent purchase was two Tetrad Beeston chairs. The build quality of the chairs is first class, we are delighted with our purchase. VSC kept us informed at all stages of the delivery and production which was expectantly lengthy. The delivery carried out by ASB Delivery Services Limited of Leeds was also first class. The driver and his mate unpacked, positioned and set up the chairs. They were very polite and could not do enough to help. VSC and ASB are strongly recommended.

The quality and the price of my new sofa's are just perfect! The attention to detail, the beauty vibrant materials, the wooden feet!! Everything is of quality. Im truly happy with them both i just wish I had a bigger home and more money as all of my items would come from this amazingly run family business. Thank you for making this Norfolk gal very happy.

Hi Vintage Sofa is fabulous! Jowler Mill is a treasure trove of beautiful furniture and accessories. Such a joyful experience and space which reflects the talent, care of expertise of Kate, her family and team. This is a great family business who genuinely care about their customers. We had a wonderful visit to Jowler Mill returning the following week. Kate is knowledgeable and told us about her design. Ella was super friendly and helpful, listening to our requirements and pointing us in the right direction. We were really worried about access and getting the sofa in. They listened and helped check the measurements. Amy who sent several emails checking everything was a star. Cannot recommend this family business enough. Will definitely return and buy from them again. The sofa arrived today. The delivery people were great . Thank you to everyone!

Vintage Sofa Co. isn’t just a shop – it’s a day out! There’s so much to see, and everything has been beautifully done. The sofas are absolutely gorgeous and completely bespoke. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family – but never in a pushy way. We were welcomed with coffee and cake (the cake was amazing), and everywhere you look there’s something spectacular to catch your eye. You’re free to wander around at your own pace – no pushy salespeople in suits, just a warm, family-run business that clearly knows what they’re doing. A huge thank you to George, who was incredible – patient, helpful, and good-humoured, especially with me and my husband having very different tastes! We left with four sofas, a footstool, a flamingo light, and a sheep’s head with a bell (yes, really!) and various amount of cushions – and a big smile on our faces. We’ll definitely be back. We bought the 2 and 4 seater outdoor Blossom sofas and the footstool. Excellent price and quality. We wanted to have outdoor furniture that wasn't grey and that looked 'fun', you know. Delivery was very quick as it was a display model but still on good condition. The showroom is huge and takes a while to walk around all 3 floors. It is a bit tricky to find-our sat nav wanted to take us somewhere else nearby(!) but we followed the signs which were helpful! Thanks George for the helpful advice/information. The staff are all very friendly and there are no pushy sales at all. Very relaxed experience with tea and brownies provided!

Lovely company, a smooth shopping experience right from start to finish. The cuddle chair is so beautiful and comfortable, and the blanket I would recommend to a friend or anyone looking for a good company. Delivery drivers were amazing.

I happened upon this company when sofa searching and the social media algorithm hooked onto my quest... and how happy I am that it did! This place is a rare gem, tucked away down the winding lanes of West Yorkshire. As I entered, Ella was friendly and attentive, without being overpowering. I spent a good few hours discussing my likes and wants with Ella - whose knowledge and expertise was excellent - and eventually settled on the Marnie corner 2-seat in the most beautiful 'flamingo' fabric. Also went for fabulous cushions and a rug, all at a price that would've been triple at many other furniture stores. Absolutely delighted! Highly recommend for a visit - I'll definitely be back.

We visited last weekend and had our delivery today. Blown away from start to finish. The Mill is beautiful, as is all the stock. Its clear that everything is top quality but with realistic prices. Visited the vintage sofa company recently I have never been to a more wonderful place. The furniture etc is stunning. The staff are so helpful and friendly We are going back from Northern Ireland with a van very soon and I can not wait.

I visited The Vintage Sofa Company a few days ago as I had been looking online for about 6 - 12 months toying with the idea of.buying a new sofa.. I had chosen my desired sofa and wanted to take a trip to the shop just to check it out for real. And WOW is all I can say. Beautiful Shop, Staff very friendly especially our sales lady Becca who helped me to make the right choices. And the stock was just as fabulous in real life as the photos ! We had a lovely day out 🥰

Oh, my goodness! Just wow! This business authentically delivers an amazing purchasing experience. From first contact through to delivery the Vintage Sofa Company provides fantastic products and outstanding customer service. We had previously had a poor experience with a well known furniture chain and wanted to get it right this time, so were a little cautious. With kids having left the nest we also were looking for a slightly more, shall we say, flamboyant style to suit our tastes whilst still wanting furniture that would be very practical too. We also wanted our furniture to be of a good quality. I stumbled across the Vintage Sofa Company and the algorithm pushed a few adverts into my YouTube play list. I was hooked, I telephoned, without speaking to my better half and spoke with Katie, She was amazing and provided me with lots of information and reassurance. We are ex Yorkshire folk but live now in the South West of the Country. Katie and one of her excellent team, George, arranged that I could pay and reserve the sofa I wanted and that they would keep it for a couple of weeks until we were visiting Yorkshire so that my wife could make sure that she was completely happy with the sofa I had picked out. (The Albert range in teal velvet) if she didn’t like it, then no problem. We arrived early morning on the day of our visit and were met by other members of Katie’s team, Rebecca if memory serves me. We were made to feel so welcome, topped up with cups of tea and a chocolate treat each. Everyone was so personable, down to earth, friendly, super patient and genuine. We couldn’t help but wander around the treasure trove of the Vintage Sofa Mill and of course ended up buying another chair, rugs and cushions! My wife loved the sofa and we took the chair away on the spot. In short, my wife fell in love with the company, its products and product and customer ethos. Our sofa was delivered within a few days and we are extremely happy with our purchase. We are in the process of telling everyone we know - go to the Vintage Sofa Company, you will not be disappointed. As you can tell I highly recommend this company, they make you feel like part of the family and their furniture range is amazing! We will be back! I have followed Vintage Sofa Co on Instagram and watched the TV programme about how the company came together. I love the website and all the products advertised are very tempting. I fell in love with the Oskar Chesterfield in Zebra Gold and placed my order via telephone as I wanted to ask if the sofa could have the legs in black. The whole process was with ease, straightforward and the chap I spoke to was very helpful, informative and friendly and the order confirmation and whatsapp details was received straightaway. Living on the south coast meant I could not visit the stunning showroom but felt confident that I was being looked after with my order. Thank you to Vintage Sofa Co 😍 I smile every time I walk in my lounge as the sofa surprises me and, as they say in the video, is absolutely stunning!

WOW! What can I say…. After following Vintage Sofa Co online for months it came time we needed a new sofa, and we could actually visit the showroom. It was like “coming home” the atmosphere was so relaxing, despite all the people browsing too, I didn’t want to leave. We ordered a corner sofa and several rugs and cushions. Unfortunately we soon realised when we got home the sofa wouldn’t fit, but George was super helpful and placed our order on hold while we figured it out. Of course we had to go back to the showroom again, we couldn’t possibly do it via WhatsApp or over the phone… when we went back again nothing was too much trouble and we played around until we got everything sorted, changing to a chaise sofa and loveseat with footstool in the end. I can’t wait for them all to arrive once our renovations are complete. Oh and we got coffee and chocolate on both visits!! If you are considering visiting you really must it’s a beautiful space and all the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable.
