Care instructions:

• Vacuum regularly using a suction-only setting. Avoid rotating brushes, particularly on high-pile rugs.
• Loose fibres: Some shedding may occur during the first few weeks of use. This is normal and will gradually reduce with regular vacuuming.
• Unrolling & settling: Your rug is supplied rolled for safe transportation. Temporary creases or ripples may appear when first unrolled but will naturally relax over time.
• Rotate regularly: Rotate your rug every 3–6 months to encourage even wear and prevent uneven fading.
• Protect from sunlight: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to minimise fading and colour changes.
• Spills & stains: Blot accidental spills immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth. Spot clean gently with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid rubbing or soaking the pile.
• Anti-slip underlay: We recommend using an anti-slip rug underlay on hard floors to improve stability, protect your flooring and extend the life of your rug.
